A passionate and servant-hearted leader, Amber has spent more than 20 years working with businesses across the US to grow their brands through marketing. Her marketing strategies have led to more than $50M in revenue growth nationwide.

Dr. Donald Wood is a distinguished Emergency Medicine physician with over two decades of experience in clinical practice, medical education, and leadership. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 1997, followed by an Emergency Medicine Residency at Ohio University, where he was honored as Chief Resident in his final two years.
Patient Coordinator
Lisa's extensive twenty year background in Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics provides an inclusive environment, ensuring more patients can feel at ease when seeking services. Her role extends beyond the conventional duties of a patient coordinator; Lisa helps ensure that every aspect of the patient's visit to Reveal MedSpa is meticulously managed, for the best experience possible.

Reveal Aesthetic Wellness Medspa Spa Policies and Etiquette

Welcome to Reveal Aesthetic Wellness Medspa.  We are excited you are here! To ensure that every guest has a pleasant experience, adhering to our clinic policies creates an ideal environment where our professionals can focus on your individualized needs.  Thank you for contributing to the Reveal family experience!

SchedulingA credit card is required to reserve all appointments.  This card will be charged any late or cancellation fees.

PaymentPayment for your service is due at time of service.  For your convenience, we offer patient financing options to help you achieve your goals in a way that suits your lifestyle.

Initial VisitPlease arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete any intake paperwork not already finalized electronically.

Late ArrivalsIf your arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests.  Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be canceled and rescheduled for a later date or time. In the event that your scheduled appointment is rescheduled or canceled due to late arrival, your account will be charged a late arrival rescheduling fee 10% of your of the scheduled service fee.  

Late Cancellations and Missed AppointmentsWe require 48 hours’ notice of any cancellations or scheduling changes for laser services, injectables, or body treatments and 24 hours advance notice for all other services. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the service value. Missed appointments will be charged full value of the scheduled service fees.

Insurance PaymentsOur services are all elective aesthetic and wellness services.  For this reason, we do not bill insurance.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit and Cherry Payments.  We do not accept checks, Paypal or Venmo. 

RefundsOnce payment is received, we do not offer refunds.  We are happy to provide an in-clinic credit should you wish to exchange your service for another treatment option.  Retail items may be exchanged if unopened.  Chargebacks to any patient financing accounts will result in a $250 chargeback fee to the card on file.  

Peaceful EnvironmentAs a courtesy to our other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation while in the clinic.  Additionally, we ask that all cell phones be silenced during your visit so you can enjoy your treatment.  

Provider Requests We respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider. Still, we may only sometimes be able to accommodate your request due to provider illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.  

Practice-Patient RelationshipWe love having you here as our guest, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.  

MembershipsMemberships are designed to offer exclusive savings on treatments, skincare, and more.  Membership fees are due monthly during the term of your membership agreement.  In the event that payment is not rendered for any reason during the term of your membership, your membership can be canceled, and all perks forfeited.  Should your membership be canceled early, an early termination fee will be charged to the customer’s card on file.  This early termination fee is the difference in pricing from services rendered under memberships terms and the regular service pricing fee for non-members.  

ChildrenWe love children, and we understand the challenges that parents face when it comes to juggling childcare and appointments.  However, for the safety and well-being of our clients, while ensuring the most relaxing experience possible, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment.  If you are unable to make childcare arrangements, please consider rescheduling your appointment or reaching out to our staff for possible alternatives. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and professional atmosphere at our clinic.

Are your staff members trained and licensed?
At Reveal, we are a medical clinic. We ensure at least one of our medical doctors or nurse practitioners have oversight on all procedures at all times to ensure safety and compliance for all of our patients. Our staff members are trained, licensed professionals with expertise in their fields.
Do I need a consultation prior to scheduling a treatment or service?
Yes. Your health and safety is our priority. Every patient's health and personal goals are unique. Our consultations are required for new patients to gather important health information while ensuring we understand your personal goals and expectations. Our consultations will provide every client with available solutions and a personalized treatment plan to achieve the best results possible.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Depending on the treatment, there may be specific preparation instructions. Our staff will provide you with detailed guidelines prior to your appointment during your initial consultation. In general, it's recommended to avoid sun exposure and certain skincare ingredients before specific treatments.
Are the treatments painful?
The level of discomfort varies depending on the treatment. Some treatments may involve minimal discomfort, while others may cause temporary mild discomfort. Our staff will ensure your comfort and well-being throughout the entire process.
Is there any downtime after treatments?
The downtime following treatments varies depending on the specific procedure. Some treatments may require minimal downtime, while others may involve a few days of recovery. Our staff will provide you with detailed post-treatment care instructions.
How long do the results of treatments last?
The duration of results varies depending on the treatment and individual factors. For example, Botox typically lasts 3-4 months, while the results of laser skin rejuvenation are longer-lasting. Our staff will provide you with information on the expected duration of results for each treatment.
Can I combine different treatments during the same visit?
Depending on the treatments you are interested in, combining them during the same visit may be possible. Our staff will assess your unique needs and goals to create a personalized treatment plan that may include a combination of services for optimal results.
What safety measures are in place at your medical spa?
We adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and our staff follows rigorous sanitation practices and medical supervision to ensure safety. Additionally, we prioritize client confidentiality and provide a comfortable, welcoming environment for all visitors.
What happens if the clinic is closed due to weather?
We consistently monitor weather conditions and do our best to notify all clients of any closures. In the event we close our clinic to ensure the safety of our clients, we will do our best to find a rescheduled time as soon as possible.
