The station captured over 70% market share of the local news audience through distinguished brand positioning, award winning journalism and key partnerships. His leadership accelerated revenue growth by optimizing digital, streaming, and traditional revenue streams through data driven insights. He united sales, marketing and creative services teams resulting in increased customer retention and lifetime value.
He is passionate about connecting employees with the community and clients to create measurable impact for causes that matter. His community leadership consistently led to fundraising efforts resulting in annual donations of $500K to $1 million for local causes including St Jude Hospital, Red Cross, The Food Bank, and many other smaller non-profit organizations.
Justin’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wyoming. He is also a certified Non Profit Executive Director with corporate leadership training from several organizations including E.W. Scripps, JDA Associates, and Gallup.
